About our Shop:
Items Marked as Used: All merchandise marked as used are quality second hand instruments. These instruments are prone to be scratched and dinged, but of sound playing quality unless otherwise indicated. Summer Rose Guitars inspects, cleans, restrings and adjusts all Used instruments prior to shipping. If there is a serious flaw with your instrument that you purchased that we discover during inspection, you will be contacted and made aware of the issue. Billing would be adjusted accordingly.
Items Marked as New: All Merchandise marked new is new and may be warrantied by its respective manufacturer.
Payment Options:
Summer Rose Guitars, Inc. accepts the following payment options:
-PayPal: Upon checking out your cart, Summer Rose Guitars will give you the option to pay via PayPal. This is the quickest way for us to process your order.
-Personal Checks: Checks must clear first before item is shipped, this will take approximately 5 business days from receipt of the check. Please provide your Name, Address, E-mail address, and phone number with payment.
-Money Order: Money Orders must also clear first before item is shipped, this will take approximately 5 business days from receipt of the Money Order. Please provide your Name, Address, E-mail address, and phone number with payment.
Shipping, Returns, and Order Processing:
If your item needs to be shipped, PLEASE CALL 215-431-5571 PRIOR TO CHECKING OUT. We can then add the shipping charges to the price of your items. We are currently working on our shipping integration for this site. Thanks for you patience.
-Summer Rose Guitars does not charge shipping per item, we charge shipping per order. This saves our customers money!
-We ship within the U.S. ONLY via UPS, USPS, Fed Ex with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation.
-Please allow 3 - 5 days for your order to be processed as we like to inspect, clean and adjust our items properly before they are shipped.
Out of Stock:
You will be notified if there will be a delay on the item you ordered, and when it will be available. You will also be notified when order is ready to be shipped. All Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Taxes:
PA residents pay 6% sales tax.
Returns:
You may return merchandise in it's original condition within two weeks of receiving your order providing you receive a written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.
If no RMA number is requested within 2 weeks of receiving your order, the sale will be considered FINAL. Summer Rose Guitars will NOT refund shipping charges. There is no Re-Stocking Fee. If your RMA is approved, you will be refunded 100% of the merchandise, excluding shipping. Please include the following in your RMA request: Name, Reason for your return, Email address, Where you purchased the item, and a Phone Number where we may contact you.
